Construction Starts on ‘Garrett at EverRange’ at 12331 Ever Range Parkway, Jacksonville, Florida

Construction has started on the first phase of a multi-family housing community in Jacksonville.

Garrett at EverRange is set to feature 275 apartments divided among five four-story buildings. Layout plans include 101 one-bedroom, 140 two-bedroom, and 34 three-bedroom units, and they would range from 770 to 1,345 square feet. In-unit features will include stainless steel appliances, integrated smart home technology, and vinyl plank flooring.

Communal amenities include a resort-style swimming pool, fitness center, and “pet-friendly amenities designed for connection and relaxation,” according to the venture’s website. There would also be an on-site clubhouse and co-working space. From Garrett at EverRange’s website: “[T]his community creates the perfect balance of comfort, style, and everyday convenience.”

The Garrett Construction Company of Indiana LLC is the developer. So far, the firm has invested more than $40 million in the project. The firm has dozens of projects in 22 different states. This marks the developer’s first foray into the Jacksonville market.

Garrett at EverRange is set for a late 2027 completion. The 275-unit apartment complex is unfolding at 12331 Ever Range Parkway, Jacksonville, Florida, 32256, in Duval County. The project’s nine-acre site is undeveloped and adjacent to The Station, which offers a host of dining, retail, and shopping options.
