The 800-unit venture would occupy 5.85 acres of the larger West Dade Government Center redevelopment project, which spans 19.8 acres. The residential venture would be constructed in the office building’s parking lot. The County purchased the building for $182 million in 2024.

The residential development is planned for the parking lot of 9250 W. Flagler St., Miami, Florida, 33174, in Miami-Dade County.
