Miramar Park Place is close to completion. The Construction Journal reports that construction began on the endeavor in January 2021 and will conclude later in September 2021. The project cost $20.3 million.
The commercial venture comprise over 56,000 square feet of new construction. The shopping center itself rises one story above grade. The owner, Konover South LLC, said on its website that the 7-acre build site “has excellent visibility with +300 feet along Miramar Parkway (39,500 AADT) and +400 feet along Red Road (52,500 AADT).”

Miramar Park Place will include a Flannigan’s, Pediatric Associates, Five Guys, and World of Beer. In total, the property will have eight restaurants, among other amenities. Konover South LLC notes that the individual commercial units run from 1,493 to 12,012 square feet each.
Developers have high expectations for the endeavor, mostly because it’s in a high-traffic area. In fact, it’s directly located in front of a 650-unit apartment complex, which hopefully, will provide a steady stream of revenue for Miramar Park Place.

Levinson Alcoser Associates designed the project. The Houston-based firm has 13 active projects, one of which is Shoppes at Highland in Hialeah. All of its projects are in the commercial sector.
