Exterior work appears to have reached completion on Wynwood Square, a 12-story mixed-use building located at 2201 North Miami Avenue in Wynwood. Designed by Canada-based architecture firm Stantec and developed by Los Angeles-based CIM Group together with One Real Estate Investment, the project yields approximately 276,000 square feet of space including 257 residential units across two towers, nearly 54,000 square feet of office space and 25,000 square feet of retail with a parking component fit for 480 vehicles.
Recent aerial photographs from Miami-based architectural designer & urban planner Aaron DeMayo shows the building’s exterior complete with all dark glass panels of façade installed, the wood-toned panels in between the windows done, and the artistic murals along the mesh screens covering the parking garage appears to be finished as well. All construction equipment has been cleared from the exterior elevations and sidewalks are finished with parking spots marked on the street.

Mechanical equipment atop the roof of the towers are shielded away from public eye with white aluminum guard rails. The amenity level on the 6th floor already has some landscaping added in and the pool filled with water, but no signs of furniture or seating arrangements as of yet.

The final product mostly resembles the most recent renderings of the project, with the majority of the planned attributes included. What remains unclear is if the aluminum fins that would have been installed in between the office level glass towards the corner of North Miami Avenue and Northeast 23rd Street will be added in the future or not.
Wynwood Square first broke ground in August of 2019, and lasted just over two years to reach completion.
