Alliance Residential Company broke ground on Broadstone at Lakeside in April 2021, the Construction Journal reports. The $43 million venture will provide residential units to those living in Palm Beach County, FL. Alliance Residential and The Carlyle Group paid $11.5 million for the land from First Baptist Church of West Palm Beach.
The 30-acre build site will comprise six four-story buildings with over 260,000 square feet of leasable space. The South Florida Business Journal reports that, in total, there will be 280 units. Ranging from 822 to 1,326 square feet each, there’s 160 one-bedroom units, 104 two-bedroom units, and 16 three-bedroom units. At this time, rent information was not available.

Amenities include a pool and one-story clubhouse. Plans are underway for 548 parking spots. MSA Architects designed the community, and Urban Design Kilday Studios is the land planner. Conceptual renderings reveal concrete barrel roof tiles, a wood fascia, and balconies.
Alliance Residential Company has two active projects in addition to Broadstone at Lakeside. One is Holden Fort Lauderdale Senior Living, and the other is Avalon Pointe Apartments. Both are located in Florida.
There will be 280 units divided among multiple mid-rise buildings.
Broadstone at Lakeside’s address is 3600 Village Boulevard, West Palm Beach, FL, 33407, in Palm Beach County. It’s west of I-95.
