With sitework already complete, developers Terra and Turnberry are advancing on a 17-story hotel in Miami Beach. Originally approved in 2018, Grand Hyatt Miami Beach will feature 800 rooms spanning 12 floors. A press release shares that of those rooms, 52 will be luxury guest suites.
