‘Cora’ Nears Completion At 1011 East Cumberland Avenue In Water Street Tampa

Construction work is nearing completion as the final touches are underway on Cora, a 23-story residential building located at 1011 East Cumberland Avenue within Phase 1 of the 56-acre Water Street Tampa development. Developed by Strategic Property Partners (SPP), the 283-foot-tall structure will bring 388 high-end rental units to Tampa’s real estate market, featuring thoughtfully-designed interiors by Edit Lab at Streetsense. New York City-based COOKFOX Architects is responsible for the design of the tower along with ODP Architecture & Design as the architect of record.

Strategic Property Partners Announces Opening Of COOKFOX-Designed ‘Thousand & One’ At Water Street Tampa

Tampa-based real estate developer Strategic Property Partners (SPP) officially announced the opening of Thousand & One, a 20-story Class-A commercial office tower located at 1001 Water Street within the nearly 74-acre – $3.5 billion Water Street Tampa mega-development in Downtown Tampa. Designed by New York City’s COOKFOX Architects, the building yields 375,000 square feet of office space and 12,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, being the first trophy office tower to rise in the city in nearly 30 years. The subject property’s interior lot is generally located across the street from the Tampa EDITION and the Heron Residences, bounded by the intersection between Water Street with Channelside Drive, and Raybon Court to the north.
