Century Homebuilders Group Propose Redevelopment Of School Property At 110 Phoenetia Avenue In Coral Gables

Century Homebuilders Group seeks approval from the Development Review Committee of Coral Gables for the redevelopment of school property at 110 Phoenetia Avenue. The project is titled Crystal, a 9-story mixed-use building consisting of 177 residential units, 16 ground floor live-work units, 5,500 square feet of educational space for the Crystal Academy, 340 internalized parking spaces and a rooftop amenities deck. The building would rise just over 83-feet and is designed by Coral Gables-based Corwil Architects in the Mediterranean Revival architectural style. Units will come in one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans ranging between 825 and 1,249 square feet; the duplex live-work units will span 1,468 square feet. Two 39-Story Towers Proposed For ‘Link At Douglas’ Phase 2 Near Coral Gables

A pre-application meeting has been filed requesting an Administrative Site Plan Review (ASPR) from Miami Dade’s Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources for the development of Link at Douglas -Phase 2, a two-tower 39-story mixed-use building proposed adjacent to the Douglas Road Metrorail Station. The structure is designed by Arquitectonica and being developed between Adler Group and 13th Floor Investments, and is projected to yield over 1.1 million square feet of space including 854 residential units, 84,160 square feet of office space, 3,385 square feet of retail space and 1,166 parking spaces. The property is bounded by Douglas Road to the east, South Dixie Highway to the south and aligns with Southwest 38th Avenue on the west.

1.2-Million-Square-Foot ‘Life Time Coral Cables’ Mixed-Use Development Reaches Completion And Opens To The Public

Minnesota-based Developer Nolan Reynolds International (NRI) and health club chain Life Time Fitness have reached completion on Life Time Coral Gables, a 1.2-million-square-foot mixed-use project at 237 South Dixie Highway and 225 South Dixie Highway in Coral Gables, Florida. Designed by Gensler, the $500 million development rises 14-stories and sits parallel to train tracks leading up to the nearby Douglas Road Metrorail Station, yielding 495 high-end luxury apartments, an 80,000-square-foot athletic resort, 25,000 square feet of co-working office space and 105,000 square feet of ground floor retail.

Mediterranean-Themed Mixed-Use Development Proposed For 330 Catalonia Avenue In Coral Gables

A new 7-story mixed use development titled Alexan Crafts may be coming to the Crafts District in the City of Coral Gables. Addressed as 330 Catalonia Avenue, the project could yield up to 306,936 square feet of space on 2.11 acres of land. Designed by Corwil Architects and developed by Trammel Crow Residential, a subsidiary of Crow Holdings, the structure is expected to rise to 77-feet in height, yielding 263 residential units, 22 live-work units, 364 parking spaces and 29,450 square feet of open space.
