New renderings and diagrams have been released via a Design Review Approval request for the proposal for 5333 Collins Avenue, a 17-story condominium tower planned to rise in Miami Beach. Designed by OMA New York with ODP Architecture & Designed listed as the architect of record and developed by Camilo Miguel Jr’s Mast Capital, the structure’s roofline should rise to 213-feet overlooking Indian Creek and the Atlantic Ocean, and yield 381,121 gross square feet including 246,906 square feet of residential space across 100 condo units, 183 parking spaces and nearly 23,000 square feet of amenities.
Miami’s Planning Department and Office of Zoning has received an application from real estate developer Mast Capital proposing to build three new mixed-use skyscrapers in Brickell. The plans call for the construction of two 56-story towers and a 74-story tower in the western perimeters of the district. The project would be built on the site of two former developments that never came to fruition primarily addressed as 1420 South Miami Avenue, bounded by Southwest 14th Street on the north and Southwest 14th Terrace on the south with Southwest 1st Avenue to the west. Michael Larkin and a few other attorneys of Bercow Radell Fernandez Larkin & Tapanes represent M 4000 Alton Owner, LLC in the application. The 197,780-square-foot structure will yield 176 residential units, 6,060 square feet of amenities, and 254 covered parking spaces while rising approximately 85-feet. Bernardo Fort-Brescia, co-founder of renown architectural firm Arquitectonica, is leading the design for the project with Witkin Hults + Partners as the landscape architect.

The new 85-foot-tall development will yield 197,780 square feet of total floor area, including 176 residential units, 6,060 square feet of amenities, and 269 parking spaces. The developer is listed as the owner of the application under an affiliate company known as M 4000 Alton Owner LLC.
