The Edge in Orlando, Florida, the venture has officially broken ground. Measuring 32 stories, the mixed-use high-rise tower will comprise more than 200,000 square feet of new construction, offering more than 230 residences and 198,000 square feet of office space.
As it stands, Society Las Olas stands 42 stories above grade and offers 693 residential units. Now, developer PMG and Greybrook Realty Partners have secured finances for the construction of a second phase.
On June 23, E11EVEN Hotel & Residences achieved a significant milestone in its construction by completing an impressive foundation pour. Developed by E11EVEN Partners and Property Markets Group, this luxury dual-tower project in Downtown Miami continues to make remarkable progress. Led by general contractor John Moriarty & Associates, the foundation pour was a remarkable feat, made possible by the collaborative efforts of several companies. Fly & Form, Cemex, West Wind, and Florida Concrete Unlimited played pivotal roles in completing the concrete pour. Working in harmony, these companies contributed their expertise and resources to ensure the precise and efficient delivery of concrete, laying a solid foundation for this ambitious development. Over 16 hours, an astounding 6,700 cubic yards of concrete were poured, a testament to the dedication and skill of all involved. This achievement marks a significant step forward in the realization of E11EVEN Hotel & Residences, promising an exceptional addition to the vibrant landscape of Downtown Miami.
Tower crane permits have been filed for 300 Biscayne Boulevard, marking a significant step forward in the construction of Miami’s 100-story Waldorf Astoria Hotel & Residences. This supertall tower, designed by Sieger Suarez Architects in collaboration with Carlos Ott, is being developed by a consortium of high-profile partners. These include national developer Property Markets Group, Canadian private equity firm Greybrook Realty Partners, global investment company Mohari Hospitality, S2 Development, and global hospitality company Hilton, with John Moriarty Associates as the general contractor.
Property Markets Group and E11EVEN Partners have secured a hefty $262 million construction loan and turned the first dirt on their second tower, E11EVEN Residences Beyond. This significant step forward paves the way for adding a remarkable 700-foot, 65-story skyscraper to Miami’s skyline, set to rise at 90 Northeast 11th Street in District 11 at Park West. Sieger Suarez Architects design the project, which will contain 550 residential units featuring interior design by AvroKO. John Moriarty & Associates is the general contractor.
