UHealth—University of Miami Health System has announced the topping off of its largest outpatient medical facility, UHealth at SoLé Mia. This facility is part of the 184-acre master-planned community in North Miami, developed by Oleta Partners, a joint venture between developers LeFrak and Turnberry.
Mater Academy recently announced the upcoming Mater Academy SoLé Mia campus, a K-5 charter school situated in the SoLé Mia development in North Miami. The school, spanning 90,000 square feet, is expected to welcome students in the fall of 2025, accommodating up to 1,500 students in two phases. Developers LeFrak and Turnberry, through their joint venture Oleta Partners, have broken ground on a 30-story residential tower in North Miami. The building, 2400 Laguna Circle, is the fourth residential development in the SoLé Mia mixed-use project, a 184-acre former superfund site along Biscayne Bay. This new development will add 328 rental residences to the community, ranging from 686 to 1,315 square feet.
