This collaboration marks the opening of Reserve Padel’s first permanent location in the world and represents a significant milestone in strengthening padel’s positioning within Miami’s sporting fabric.
Developers LeFrak and Turnberry, through their joint venture Oleta Partners, have broken ground on a 30-story residential tower in North Miami. The building, 2400 Laguna Circle, is the fourth residential development in the SoLé Mia mixed-use project, a 184-acre former superfund site along Biscayne Bay. This new development will add 328 rental residences to the community, ranging from 686 to 1,315 square feet.
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued both building and tower crane permits for work on One Park Tower, a 32-story luxury residential building located within the multi-billion dollar, 184-acre master-planned community of SoLé Mia in the heart of North Miami. Designed by Arquitectonica and developed by Turnberry Associates (Turnberry) in partnership with Rosso Development (Rosso), the condominium tower will contain 303 bespoke residences featuring interiors by Meyer Davis, overlooking a seven-acre Crystal Lagoon, surrounded by pristine landscaping designed by Enzo Enea. Residences will come in one-, two-, and three-bedroom floorplans, plus a collection of penthouses, and additionally offer stunning views of the Oleta River State Park, Biscayne Bay, the Atlantic Ocean, and the Miami city skyline.
Klaus Parking Systems has plans for a residential development in North Miami, Florida. Cyber Place will comprise more than 300,000 square feet of new construction, resting on a 1.46-acre site.
Berkadia announces it has arranged $100 million in construction financing, provided by Churchill Real Estate, for Omega Real Estate Management to develop The Gardens Residences, a 9-story, 358-unit mid-rise apartment community designed by Behar Font & Partners with 1,100 square feet of ground floor retail in North Miami, Florida. Located on a 4-acre site at 1155 Northeast 126th Street, just off the Biscayne Boulevard corridor at the gateway to Bay Harbor Islands and Bal Harbour, The Gardens Residences is the first phase of Omega’s plan to transform seven contiguous acres in North Miami into a live-work-play community called “The Gardens District.” Ground breaking is scheduled for July 11, 2022, and is expected to create 828 jobs.
