Mast Capital And Rockpoint Mark Topping Off Of 3900 Alton Road In Miami Beach

Mast Capital, in partnership with Rockpoint, has achieved a notable construction milestone by topping off 3900 Alton Road. This nine-story residential building in Miami Beach, designed by the esteemed Arquitectonica with landscape architecture by Within Hults + Partners, adds 178 new units to the city’s housing market, establishing it as a premier location for upscale rental accommodations. Kaufman Lynn Construction, serving as the general contractor, recently showcased a video on LinkedIn celebrating the topping ceremony. JGR Construction, Inc. oversees the structural work, and US American Concrete oversees concrete tasks. Coastal Metal is responsible for metalwork, while AKO Plumbing Corp is the plumbing contractor. Morrow Equipment has two tower cranes at the site. Doka USA provides formwork solutions, and NV5, Inc. handles construction materials testing.

Developers Breaks Ground On 18-Acre Multifamily Development in Palm Springs, Florida

South Florida real estate development and investment firm Mast Capital has joined forces with Boston-based Rockpoint and The Spear Group to break ground on an 18-acre multifamily development in Palm Springs, FL. With $42.5 million in construction financing from Santander Bank, the project, located at 2085 S. Congress Ave., will rise on the site of the former YMCA of the Palm Beaches. The development will feature 264 upscale, garden-style apartments across 11 residential buildings.

Construction is underway for 3900 Alton Road, a 9-story multifamily development on a 1.87-acre site between Florida State Road 907, the Julia Tuttle Causeway, and the Talmudic College in Miami Beach. Designed by Arquitectonica and developed by a joint venture partnership between Mast Capital and Rockpoint Group, the development will comprise 178 residential units, ranging from studios to three-bedroom, and 269 parking spaces. Kaufman Lynn Construction is the general contractor, and AKO Plumbing Corp is the plumbing contractor.

New renderings have been released for Rivage, a planned 275-foot residential building at 10245 Collins Avenue in the village of Bal Harbour, Florida. Designed by Skidmore, Owings, & Merrill (SOM) with interiors by Rottet Studio and developed by a joint venture partnership between the Related Group, Two Roads Development, and Rockpoint, the 24-story tower will comprise 61 residential units and over 25,000 square feet of amenities. Developers Break Ground On WNWD21 At 2150 N. Miami Avenue In Wynwood, Miami

Miami-based real estate developer Related Group and private equity firm Rockpoint have broken ground on WNWD21, a new 12-story, two-towered mixed-use development consisting of 304 apartments, over 18,000 square feet of retail, 63,000 square feet of office space, and 7-level parking garage for over 500 vehicles. Located in the heart of the Wynwood at 2150 North Miami Avenue, the project is designed by Cohen Freedman Encinosa & Associates with interior design from ID & Design International (iddi Design). Beauchamp Construction Company is spearheading the construction, with completion expected for the third quarter of 2024.

Mast Capital Purchases Prime 2.8-Acre Development Site In Brickell To Build Three Luxury Mixed-Use Towers

Miami-based developer Mast Capital has acquired the 2.8-acre vacant development site addressed as 1420 South Miami Avenue for $103 million from Rega Center Miami Holdings. The site is located on the southern edge of the Brickell Central Business District and represents one of the last remaining raw parcels of land available zoned for rapid transit-oriented high-density development in the area. The developer submitted site plans for a massive master-planned project yielding 2.6 million square feet across three soaring towers, including an 80-story luxury condominium tower with 400 residences, and two multifamily towers of 50 and 60 stories with a combined total of 850 luxury apartments. Mast Capital partnered with private equity real estate firm Rockpoint for the acquisition, the third joint venture between the two firms this year.
