Miami-based real estate developer Related Group and private equity firm Rockpoint have broken ground on WNWD21, a new 12-story, two-towered mixed-use development consisting of 304 apartments, over 18,000 square feet of retail, 63,000 square feet of office space, and 7-level parking garage for over 500 vehicles. Located in the heart of the Wynwood at 2150 North Miami Avenue, the project is designed by Cohen Freedman Encinosa & Associates with interior design from ID & Design International (iddi Design). Beauchamp Construction Company is spearheading the construction, with completion expected for the third quarter of 2024.

The 2.18-acre site is just miles from Miami’s downtown area and Brickell financial district. It is within walking distance to Midtown, Edgewater, and all of Wynwood’s food, beverage, entertainment, and attractions.

“When I first started coming to the area in the early 2010’s, it was immediately clear there was something special happening,” said Jon Paul Perez, President of Related Group. “People visited Wynwood in masses and loved taking photos in front of the street art, and hanging out with friends – but there was simply no residential product. When we broke ground on our first residential project in the area, Wynwood 25, we made a big bet that those same people would want to live here full time. Today, Wynwood is one of the city’s most desirable places to live. It’s amazing to see how far the neighborhood has come.”

Residential units will come in studio, one-, two-, and three-bedrooms floorplans, with square footage ranging from the low 500’s to more than 1,300 square feet.
Once complete, residents will have access to a full suite of resort-style amenities, including an expansive rooftop pool deck, state-of-the-art health and wellness facilities, including a spa and sauna; private theater and music room, resident-only dining room, coworking space and a curated collection of museum quality art. Surrounding the property is a vibrant, conveniently walkable community home to art galleries, luxury boutiques, eclectic bars, five-star restaurants, and the world-famous Wynwood Walls.
