St. Petersburg city officials greenlit the expansion of the Miramar Beach Resort on Tuesday. The redevelopment calls for the demolition of two two-story buildings, which will be replaced with a 76-foot-tall tower with 30 rooms. This is a scaled-back plan of the original; in 2021, the developer secured approval for 54 rooms.
Grove Isle’s first new residential development in decades has reached a major milestone as CMC Group, led by developer Ugo Colombo, topped off construction of Vita at Grove Isle, a 65-unit luxury condominium. Situated on the 20-acre private island of Grove Isle, just offshore from Miami’s Coconut Grove neighborhood, the seven-story waterfront development is comprised of three interconnected buildings, forming a unified structure. Vita at Grove Isle is scheduled for completion in late 2025.

This luxury condominium project, currently under construction at 5 Grie Isle Drive on the private island of Grove Isle, near Miami’s Coconut Grove, will consist of a seven-story building with 65 waterfront residences, each boasting panoramic bay views and high-quality finishes. The project, which broke ground in April 2023, is progressing with vertical construction and is slated for completion by late 2025.
