Developers Hold Topping-Off Ceremony for NoMad Residences Wynwood

The NoMad Residences Wynwood, a new nine-story condominium tower located in the Wynwood Arts District, has officially topped off. Developed by Miami-based Related Group and Manhattan-based developer Tricap, the project is the first residential concept by the NoMad Hotels brand, under parent company Sydell Group. Over 80% of the building’s residences are already under contract, with completion expected in the fourth quarter of 2025.

The project, underway in Miami’s Wynwood Arts District, received a $51.5 million mezzanine loan from Related Fund Management and a $90 million senior construction loan from Kennedy Wilson. The nine-story condominium tower commenced construction in October 2023 following its September groundbreaking. Located at 2700 Northwest 2nd Avenue near the Wynwood Walls, the building is designed by Arquitectonica, with interiors by DesignAgency.

A joint venture between South Florida-based developers Merrimac Ventures and Aria Development Group is preparing to break ground on 600 Miami Worldcenter, a 32-story condominium tower set within Downtown Miami’s Miami Worldcenter 27-acre mixed-use development, which will deliver 606 fully furnished units with no restrictions on short-term rentals. The upcoming groundbreaking will be made possible with a $95 million construction loan from Banco Inbursa to fund the sold-out tower’s development at 600 Northeast 1st Avenue. The 31-story 600 Miami Worldcenter (600 MWC) has reached a significant development milestone, with the developers securing a utility agreement from Miami-Dade’s Water and Sewer Department. This agreement is essential for providing services to the building, marking notable progress in this pre-construction phase of the project. Designed by Revuelta Architecture International and featuring interiors by Designagency, the development is a joint venture between Aria Development and Merrimac Ventures under the 55 NE 6TH ACQUISITION LLC. The 327-foot-tall structure is set to rise at 600 Northeast 1st Avenue, bordered by Northeast 6th Street to the south and train tracks to the north. OneWorld Properties is exclusively managing sales and marketing for the project. Miami’s Urban Development Review Board recommended approval for 600 MWC in July.
