Just weeks after moving forward with plans to build Modern at Coconut Palm-II, BGR Development, LLC has filed a pre-application for the third complex in the series.
Located in the Princeton Community Urban Center, the two-story development is expected to have 20 multifamily units. At the time of publication, there was no information regarding how many people are expected to live here.
The building will be located on 1.1 acres of land, according to the Letter of Intent filed by Lina Baron. The complex will be divided into two buildings, the “north building” and the “south building.” The ground floor of each of these structures will be 16,000 square feet, totaling 32,000 square feet altogether.
The parking lot will have 35 spaces, featuring an average of 1.75 spaces per unit. There will be no street parking locations available. The preliminary site plans reveal that there will be two designated spots for handicapped individuals. The parking lot for the south building will be 8,548 square feet, while the north building’s park lot will have the same square footage.
Similar to Modern at Coconut Palm-II, the housing development will be landscaped. There will be palm trees, Geiger trees, coco plums, and silver buttonwood trees both within the residence and on the street. The grass will be St. Augustine sod.
Residents’ children will be zoned for the Miami-Dade School District.
