Manor at Miramar, a residential development located in Miramar, Florida, is approaching completion. The project began in 2019, and it is expected to reach completion in 2021. It will be located in Broward County, FL, in downtown Miramar.

Upon completion, the eight-story complex will have 400 units for rent. Some of the units will be studio apartments measuring about 465 square feet each. These units will go for about $1,350 a month. Other units will have three bedrooms, measuring about 1,500 square feet each. These units are expected to go for $2,500 a month.

The bottom floor of the complex will be 28,000 square feet. In addition to having residential spaces, there will be also be communal spaces for guests and residents, including a gym, pools, golf and soccer simulators, and a spa. There will also be private dining areas and a parking garage that can accommodate up to 650 vehicles.
In total, the building’s construction will total $110 million. It will be located on 4 acres of land that previously served as a cow pasture. It will be a part of the 54 acres of land that makes up the Miramar Town Center.

The Sun-Sentinel says suggests that this complex is the final piece of the puzzle that will bring downtown Miramar together. Applications are currently open for prospective residents.
