Boynton Parc is the working name of a mixed-use development west of Boynton Beach. Per the Construction Journal, the project will cost over $10 million to complete. For most of its ownership, it has served as agricultural land.
The project will be located on 47.20 acres of land, which is owned by the Morton Group Inc. The project’s developer is Terra Group. The land planner is Morton Planning and Landscape Architecture.
The land will be used for industrial, commercial, and residential purposes. Three hundred thousand square feet of new construction will be dedicated to the industrial aspect of the project. The industrial land is designed to help with raising ecommerce sales.
Thirty percent of the residential space, which consists of anywhere from 348 units to 378 units, will be designated for workforce housing. There will also be 30 townhouses for sale.
The physical address is west Boynton Beach Boulevard & Acme Dairy Road, Boynton Beach, FL, 33472. It is located in Palm Beach County, which is the largest county in Florida.
The project is still in its infancy. To reach completion, the development will need a text amendment. This will involve rezoning the area and giving it a new designation.

No new development should be considered without widening Acme Dairy Road and a commitment to provide traffic policing throughout school year. When the Middle School opens in August 2023 it will be 30-40 minutes to drop you child off or to simply get to work as things sit today. Adding traffic, with a new commercial/residential development, on what’s now zoned agricultural will be a mistake. Let me add that the county had a provision with GL to add a high school which they have gotten around with only 55+ development. West Boynton is growing we are not against that…but we need to do it the right way!
