Plans have been submitted to Miami-Dade County’s Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources seeking approval for the construction of Century Park Square, a 200-unit townhome community on 20.31-acres of land in Homestead, Florida. The property does not have an exact address, but it’s located around the southwestern section of the district, bounded by SW 344th Street to the north and SW 192nd Avenue to the west; it currently sits as an empty plot of land. Century Park Square LLC is the owner of the application.

Each townhome structure could contain multiple units, from as small as 5 homes to as large as 10 homes. According to the aerial diagrams by PPK Architecture, the 200 units will be built across 25 different structures. New streets would be laid out in between the residential volumes, connecting the community to the main roads. Although we do not have detailed renderings of the proposal, the diagrams in the application do reveal the overall design to be relatively contemporary.

The townhomes will come in 3-bedroom layouts, ranging from 1782 square feet to 2039 square feet depending on the model unit. Other features include a two-car driveway leading up to a single vehicle garage, a private patio approximately 440 square feet in size, 2.5 bathrooms and a laundry room. The property will be appropriately landscaped as well and feature a few parks for residents.

Review of the application will occur on June 3, 2021.

Well sad to say that some
Parts of Miami aren’t for the “poor” as more
People are wanting to move in. This will be a great idea as this will add value to the city & bring more money. Change my mind.

  2. dreary site planning.
    dreary “architecture”.
    dreary life there……..

  3. Looking forward for the building to start. Would like to have an approximate date of that happening as we need to know when to start selling our now home in Nevada.

  4. Is there a build start date yet?
