A new Hilton-owned hotel will complete construction in mid-2021. Home2 Suites and Tru by Hilton is a dual hotel that is located in Pompano Beach, FL. It will cost $17.9 million to complete and will comprise 113,368 square feet of new construction.
The hotels will share the same property. The Home2 Suites will provide the most accommodations out of the two, featuring 90 rooms. Its counterpart, Tru, will feature 60 rooms. Between them, there will be 150 rooms.

The hotels will be five stories above grade and have over 3,500 square feet of space dedicated to one conference room, business meetings, and communal gatherings. The rooftop will feature a bar with a heated pool and hot tub.
Home2 Suites is one of Hilton’s largest projects in the works right now. As of 2020, the brand had 72 more hotels in the works, providing over 8,300 rooms in North America alone.

Home2 Suites and Tru by Hilton’s physical address is 200 N. Ocean Boulevard, Pompano Beach, FL, 33062. It is located in Broward County, one of the largest counties in the United States. It is located by the Pompano Beach Fishing Village. The hotels are operated by the Madhav Group, which is based out of Fort Myers.
