Resorts World Miami is a mixed-used development coming soon to the Omni District of Greater Downtown Miami. Per the Construction Journal, the complex will comprise three buildings that will measure 649 feet tall. The towers will also be 60 stories above grade. They will sit on 13.9 acres of land.
The towers will feature 10 million square feet of new construction, with 700,000 square feet allocated to convention spaces. The ballroom, which will be 200,000 square feet, is described as being “the largest [ballroom] in the United States.” There will also be four “super luxury” hotels that boast over 5,200 rooms.
There will be 1,000 units designated for long-term residents. There is no information yet as to how much rent (or purchase) will be. Residents and visitors will be able to view Biscayne Bay from the development and walk along the 800-foot waterfront promenade. They will also be able to choose from more than 40 bars and restaurants.
On the premises, a 3.6 acre swimming lagoon will be available for use. According to Diener Properties, Resorts World Miami will cost an estimated $3 billion. It’s exact location is not yet available, but per Diener Properties, it will be located on Biscayne Boulevard in Miami, FL
