Soleste Westgate, a housing development in Lauderhill, FL, is expected to break ground in 2021, per the Estate Companies. Upon completion, the complex will have 529 units and be four to eight stories above grade. It will be built where the former Target in Lauderhill was located. The property was secured for $9 million back in 2019.

According to a report published in 2020 by the Construction Journal, the complex will have 426,456 square feet of new construction. The report also said that there will be 544 units available for rent.
Some units will be 453 square feet. Others will be 1,144 square feet. There will be 24 studio apartments, 266 one-bedroom apartments, 194 units with two bedrooms, and 44 three-bedroom units.

There will be 844 parking spaces available for both residents, guests, and employees. The complex itself will sit on 13.72 acres. In addition to having residential space, there will also be a two-story “clubhouse,” among other communal areas.
The complex is estimated to cost $10 million. Its physical address is 7730 West Commercial Boulevard, Lauderhill, FL, 33351. It is located in Broward County.

The project is being overseen by Three Amigos Lauderhill LLC, which is part of the Estate Companies based in Miami. The buildings were designed by Modis Architects.

Can the apartments be bought?
