Alina Residences is the working name of a $111 million residential complex coming soon to Boca Raton, FL. The development will comprise four buildings and provide about 500 units. Construction began in the first quarter of 2019 and is expected to reach completion within the year or so. Per the Construction Journal, the first building finished construction in March 2021, while the second building will debut later this year.
Units range from studios to multi-bedrooms spaces
The four buildings are intended to stand out from Boca’s downtown skyline, with the tallest building reaching 30 stories above grade. Between them, the four towers will comprise 1.26 million square feet of new construction. Additionally, there is a parking lot underway for guests and residences. The area will deliver over 670 spots.
Alina Boca Raton notes that the units come in six main styles, ranging from one bedroom to four bedrooms. The smallest units will measure just over 1,400 square feet, while the larger units will measure 4,829 square feet. Prices start at $1 million.

The development is owned by ELAD National Projects. Presently, Alina Residences is its only open project. The complex was also designed by Garcia Stromberg––GS4 Studio. It decorated the project’s exterior with glass windows, metal spires, and other characteristics of modern-day contemporary style.
The development’s physical address is 200 Southeast Mizner Boulevard, Boca Raton, FL, 33432 in Palm Beach County.
