Avenir at Windgate is a luxury residential community coming soon to Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Per the South Florida Business Journal, the developers have recently purchased over 445 acres of land for the second phase of the project.
Each home will be outfitted with the latest in smart home technology
Avenir at Windgate will feature over 110 one to two-story homes, according to the Construction Journal. Construction began on the project in August 2020 and is entering another stage as it moves toward completion. The $40-million-dollar complex will not only consist of family homes, but also a clubhouse, fitness center, and community pool.
According to Toll Brothers’ website, the homes range anywhere from 2,285 to 2,900 square feet. In addition to spacious living areas, contemporary architecture, and built-in smart home features, the development is located by Sandhill Crane Golf Club and PGA National Estate Golf Course.

Avenir at Windgate is just piece of a very large puzzle. It will be part of a greater community (called Avenir) that includes over 2,690 family homes, 960 “age-restricted” homes, and 250 multi-family homes. The project is intended to provide luxury housing for those residing in Palm Beach County, FL.
Avenir at Windgate’s physical address is 9373 Crestview Circle, Palm Beach Gardens, FL, 33412. Avenir Development LLC manages the project. Construction will be completed on the Avenir’s other phases within the next few years.
