Nautilus 220, an $180 million mixed-use development in Palm Beach County, FL, is currently in the redesign phase, per the Construction Journal. Upon completion, the complex will comprise both retail and residential space. It’s currently being managed by Forest Development LLC, an international real estate development firm. Nautilus 220 is one of its biggest projects right now.
The luxury development will comprise two towers measuring 18 stories above grade. The towers will have an “unobstructed view” of the intercoastal and were designed by RD Architects in the contemporary style.

In total, there will be 322 units, consisting of both penthouses and condos. Per Forest Development LLC, the units start in the $600,000 range. The smallest units are 1,100 square feet, while the larger units measure 3,400 square feet. The development’s website boasts that the interior’s ceilings will measure 12 feet tall.

The Construction Journal notes that in addition to the residential spaces, there will be an estimated 8,058 square feet of retail build out. Construction began in the fourth quarter of 2020. Ideally, Nautilus 220 will come to fruition in the fourth quarter of 2023.
The physical address is 220 Lakeshore Drive, Lake Park, FL, 33403 in Palm Beach County. It will be located near the Lake Harbor Park Marina, the North Palm Beach Golf & Country Club, and the PGA National Golf Club & Resort.
