Back in January 2020, CFH Group, LLC filed a pre-application for the construction of an eight-story tall apartment complex. Located near Miami International Airport, the complex was intended to provide housing to those living in the area. Now, in 2021, that application has been approved.
The complex, named “Thirty-Six,” will comprise studio apartments on the lower price end and two-bedroom units on the upper end. The studio apartments will measure about 360 square feet, and there will be 142 units to choose from. The two-bedroom units will measure anywhere from 680 to 1,040 square feet, and there will be 124 units available.
The development will sit on 3.6 acres of land that was formerly designated a truck lot. It was acquired for $2.8 million about three years ago. While construction has not yet commenced, it will begin sometime in 2021.
In addition to the living spaces, residents will be able to enjoy a pool, playground, and courtyard. The apartments will be designed in the contemporary architectural style, which is similar to many apartments being constructed in the area.
The development’s physical address is 3645 N.W. 36th St., Miami, FL, 33142. It will be located in Miami-Dade County, the largest county in the state.
