JMorton Planning & Landscape Architecture currently has nine projects in the works. One of those projects, Polo Gardens, is intended to serve as a mixed-use development featuring both residential and commercial units. It is being constructed alongside Fields of Gulfstream, another venture. Polo Gardens is estimated to cost anywhere from $1 million to $5 million.
First, we’ll describe the retail spaces. An unnamed restaurant with a drive-thru will be constructed in the development, comprising 3,000 square feet of new construction. Additionally, plans are underway for one-story pharmacy that requires over 14,000 square feet of new construction.
The residential spaces will be both houses and condo/apartment units. Upon completion, there will be about 350 units to choose from, and the buildings themselves will be anywhere from three to four units about grade. In total, the houses will comprise 15,000 square feet in total.
The project will rest on 21.40 acres of land, acquired within the last couple of years. There is little information as to when the project will be completed, as construction has no commenced yet. At the time of publication, the developers were seeking zoning variances.
While the physical address is not clear from public documents, the complex will be located in Lake Worth, FL, 33467. It will be located in Palm Beach County.
