After being in the works for nearly six years, Boca Flores has finally finished construction. The $33 million venture comprises multi-family homes and commenced operations in the second quarter of 2021. Construction began back in 2017 and wrapped up within the past few weeks.
Per the Construction Journal, Boca Flores (which literally translates into “mouth flowers”) consists of 36 family homes, each measuring one to two stories above grade, depending on the model. Some homes measure 1,542 square feet while others measure 2,399. The development’s website notes that homes in the 55+ community start at around $420,000.
There are three separate units to choose from. The smallest units feature two bedrooms and two bathrooms, while on the larger end, units comprise three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Each unit also comes with a two-car garage.
The community is strategically located in the vicinity of medical centers, Mizner Park, and other recreational facilities. In terms of the community itself, residents can enjoy a resort-style pool, outdoor entertainment areas, and walking trails. Residents also have the option of joining the nearby Boca Lago Country Club, which is located a half-mile away. The country club features a 27-hole golf course and tennis court.
Boca Flores is located at 9050 Vista Del Lago, Boca Raton, FL, 33428. It’s located in West Palm Beach County.
