According to Unicorp National Developments Inc., Glasshouse at O-Town West brings a “level of sophistication to Orlando that no other apartment community offers.” Construction is ongoing on the development, which commenced construction in August 2020, per the Construction Journal. The venture seeks to build a community that features three-multi-story buildings, retail stores, office buildings, and more.
Glasshouse at O-Town West will have a multi-story office building for a Fortune 500 Company
he Construction Journal reports that Glasshouse at O-Town West’s clubhouse is continuing construction. The $8 million endeavor includes a clubhouse measuring two stories above grade and over 27,000 square feet of new construction.
The $49 million apartment complex will require over 246,942 square feet of new construction. Each of the five-story buildings will have 302 units. Yet, that’s not all. O-Town West is more than an apartment complex. In total, 900 units are in the making.
The development will feature apartments located near Orlando’s theme parks
Plans are also in the works for a high-rise office building which will serve a Fortune 500 company. This building will require 300,000 square feet of new construction. There is no estimate as to when the venture will be completed. Glasshouse at O-Town West is located at 11802 Glass House Lane, Orlando, FL, 32836. It will be located in Orange County, which is home to Walt Disney World Resort.
