Surfside Land LLC is in the process of completing its first project, Surfside Quadraplex. Not to be confused with the recent tragedy in Miami, FL, Surfside Land LLC was incorporated in 2020 and is based out of Lake Worth. Its newest venture is estimated to cost anywhere from $1 million to $5 million to build, according to the Construction Journal.
The multi-family complex is located just steps away from the beach
The oceanfront residential development, located in Fort Pierce, FL, will comprise 17,602 square feet of new construction. It will entail one 4-story multifamily home and include four units. Construction has not yet begun on the residential complex since its currently in the “post-bidding” phase. The two prospective bidders include Florida Aerial Services Inc. and Guyton’s Custom Designs Inc. Both organizations are Florida-based.
There is no information regarding the date of completion, the homes’ design, or how much these units will cost. According to Data USA, Fort Pierce has a median income level of $30,445 a year, and the median property value is just over $100,000. With this information, we can assume that Surfside Quadraplex will somewhat fall into these parameters.

Surfside Quadraplex’s physical address is listed as 1700 Surfside Drive, Fort Pierce, FL, 34949. It will be located in Saint Lucie County. In terms of proximity, the quadraplex will be located just steps away from the Atlantic Ocean.
