1625 Ocean Delray Beach is one step closer to completion, reports the South Florida Business Journal. U.S. Construction, the site’s owner, obtained a $44.65 construction loan, which will aid in the building’s development. The New Jersey-based organization, which has a location in Miami, FL, presently has five active projects, per the Construction Journal.
The luxury 14-unit condo is presently at 40 percent capacity, although it has not opened yet. The units run anywhere from 3,200 to 5,000+ square feet each. Each waterfront and intercoastal unit comes with three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
Amenities include a pool lounge, fitness center, communal lounging areas, and six semi-private elevators. Each unit comes with two parking spots. This is intended to add an extra layer of privacy to the development.
Randall Stoff designed the low-rise building. He drew his inspiration from Saint Barth and Saint-Tropez, both of which are located in the Caribbean. The building itself features ceiling-to-floor windows and outdoor balconies. The ground floor serves as the residence’s lobby.
Per the development’s website: “This is quite possibly the last chance to own an ultra-luxury residence that lives like a single-family home with all the benefits of a maintenance-free lifestyle.” There is no public information regarding the cost of rent or ownership.
1625 Ocean Delray Beach’s location is 1625 South Ocean Boulevard in Palm Beach County, FL.
