A Tru by Hilton hotel is coming soon to Miramar, FL. In a 2019 report by the South Florida Business Journal, the 97-room hotel will rest on 1.9 acres of land and require over 46,000 square feet of new construction. Construction will begin later this year in the fourth quarter. The project met a brief delay in early 2021 but is now back on track.

The hotel will cost around $8.5 million to build. Amenities include a ground pool, conference rooms, fitness center, and 97-spot parking lot. The goal is to provide hotel rooms to those visiting the area. Miramar is home to many restaurants, parks, and bars.
The five-story hotel is owned by DP Hotels. The Dania Beach-based organization presently oversees four active projects, according to the Construction Journal. DP Hotels primarily manages ventures in the private commercial sector. Its working alongside Anderson Architecture, Inc. and Coastal Choice Construction LLC. All entities are from Florida.

Tru by Hilton’s physical address is listed as 14575 Southwest 27th Way, Miramar, FL, 33027. Interestingly, a 117-room Holiday Inn Express & Suites is taking shape just south of the Tru by Hilton. The latter project is managed by ANR Hotels, which obtained the build site in 2017.
