Construction is ongoing at Integra Park at Oakleaf in Orange Park, FL. LandSouth Construction, the venture’s general contractor, began construction back in October 2020. Ideally, the entire project will reach completion in the first quarter of 2022. Apartments.com also notes that some units will become available in November 2021.
The community is split into two phases. The first phase will yield 249 housing units, while the second phase will feature 241 units. The Construction Journal reports that the total venture measures 34.50 acres.

Residents can choose from 11 different floor plans, ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments. Right now, apartments start at $1,229 a month. Apartments.com notes that the floor plans measure anywhere from 706 to 1,431 square feet. Units come outfitted with granite countertops, vinyl floors, and screened-in balconies.
The community’s website notes: “Integra Park at Oakleaf offers residents true resort-style amenities.” Amenities include a community pool, a dog park, a sundeck, outdoor kitchens, courtyards, and a fitness studio.

Charlan Brock & Associates, Inc. is the project’s architect. Based out of Maitland, FL, the organization has 38 active projects totaling $1.6 billion. Hadden Engineering Inc. is the project’s civil engineer with six active projects.
