Alta at Health Village is nearing the end of its construction phase. General contractor Wood Partners began work on the project in April 2020. Ideally, it will commence operations in December 2021.

The $75 million venture plans on delivering refined living to those in the Orlando, FL, area. The community comprises 285 residential units, ranging from studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom layout plans. Each unit comes with quartz countertops, Nest appliances, plank flooring, and gas-operated stoves.

Alta at Health Village’s website does not list prices. However, prospective residents can join the community’s waitlist. Communal amenities include a shared pantry, attached parking garage, gaming lawn, and rooftop deck with a 360-degree panoramic view of the greater Orlando area.

Wood Partners LLC owns the development. The Georgia-based organization has two active projects right now, with Alta at Health Village being one of them. It partnered with Charlan Brock & Associates, Inc., Ustler Group of Companies, and GAI Consultants, Inc. on the venture.

The Orlando Business Journal reports that the community will provide housing to those in Central Florida. It reports that because of the location, the residence could also provide more jobs. The Construction Journal lists Alta at Health Village’s address as 2680 North Orange Avenue, Orlando, FL, 32804 in Orange County. It’s located adjacent to the nearby AdventHealth Campus.
