The Construction Journal reports that ette hotel, a boutique luxury hotel in Kissimmee, Florida, is nearing completion. Barton Malow Company, the project’s general contractor, broke ground on the two-acre site in late 2019. The venture will wrap up construction in October 2021. ette hotel hopes to be the pinnacle of luxury accommodations in the Greater Central Florida area. The six-story endeavor comprises 126 units, each outfitted with Italian linens and plush beds. Onsite amenities include a fitness center and two restaurants specializing in international cuisine.

Jonathan Nehmer & Associates Inc. served as the project’s architect. It designed the building’s exterior in a modern, minimalistic style. The grounds feature olive trees, symbolizing the hotel’s propensity.
The hotel cost an estimated $18.5 million to build, and it’s owned by Rosemont Hotels, Inc. This appears to be the Florida-based firm’s only active project. It partnered with Avid Group, the hotel’s civil engineer.
