Gallery 3100 is nearing completion in Saint Petersburg, FL. The $12.2 million residential building will provide 122 units in a four-story building. Current Builders, Inc. started construction in May 2020. Per the community’s website, residents can move in starting November 15, 2021. Gallery 3100 includes studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. The units are named after famous artists, including Dali, Van Gogh, Monet, and Picasso.
At this time, there’s no square footage regarding the studios. However, square footage for one-bedroom units ranges from 663 to 766 square feet. Square footage for the two-bedroom units measures from 967 to 1,098 square feet. While this may change, residents can expect to pay anywhere from $1,662 to $2,735 a month.

Baker Barrios Architects designed the project. The Construction Journal reports that the Tampa-based organization has over 15 projects, mostly in the “services” sector. Its other active projects include Marina Point in Tampa and a new administration building for Hillsborough Community College. On-site amenities include a resort-style heated pool, fitness center, dog park, dog spa, and business center. The Construction Journal reports that the community will also have a parking garage.
