400 Residential Units Finish Construction in Miami-Dade County, FL, 33169

Vista Lago in Miami, FL, has exited its construction phase, the Construction Journal reports. Coastland Construction Incorporated began building the project in 2020 and finished in the fourth quarter of 2021. In total, there are over 400 units, ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom layout plans.

The community comprises multiple low-rise buildings.

Per Apartments.com, units range from about 730 square feet to 1,275 square feet each. The website notes that certain units will be available starting January 4, 2022. Rent ranges from $1,800 to $2,400 a month. The South Florida Business Journal reports that the community’s a mix of rental and for-sale units. It notes that there are 288 condos and 113 townhomes.

Amenities include porcelain flooring, private balconies and terraces, General Electric stainless steel appliances, a clubhouse, and Italian cabinets. The 39-acre community comprises multiple low-rise buildings, rising about three stories above grade. The project cost $28 million to complete and features a lake.

Vista Lago is located at the former site of a WSVN antenna. Vista Lago LLC purchased the site for $4.9 million from Graham Holdings in 2018. Its address is 502 Northwest 207th Street, Miami Gardens, FL, 33169, in Miami-Dade County. Google Earth’s renderings reveal that the complex is south of the Snake Warrior Island Natural Area.
