Two Roads Development Announces The 38-Story Five-Star Pendry Tampa Set To Debut In 2024

Plans have been revived for a prime piece of real estate along Downtown Tampa’s famed riverwalk. Developer Two Roads Development has partnered with Montage Hotels & Resorts to develop Pendry Tampa, a 38-story luxury hotel and residential building planned to rise at 103 Ashley Drive South. The project is comprised of a 5-star hotel with 220 rooms at the base of the tower, and 207 Pendry Residences throughout the upper floors, and opulent amenities. Pendry Tampa would be the fourth residential location of it’s kind, and Tampa Bay’s third five-star luxury branded residence.

103 Ashley Drive South sits directly across the street from the Wells Fargo Center, where Two Roads Development’s Tampa office is located. The 73,616-square-foot interior lot is generally bordered by West Whiting Street to the north, Ashley Drive South on the east, East Brorein Street to the south and the Hillsborough River on the west.

Pendry Residences will offer fully serviced living accommodations with modern designed homes ranging from one to three-bedrooms, featuring expansive floor-to-ceiling windows and private terraces. Condo units will be priced from $900,000s, and homeowners will have access to several exclusive amenities including a private residential lobby and elevator, as well as a residential rooftop pool and lounge. Residents will have access to 24-hour room service, dedicated residential staff, and access to benefits at other Pendry/Montage locations. Pendry Tampa will usher in a new level of hospitality, bringing thoughtfully designed experiences and programming which will become a defining centerpiece of Tampa’s thriving metropolitan center. Hotel amenities include eight treatment rooms, food-and-beverage concepts including a three-meal restaurant, a lobby bar, a rooftop pool and lounge, and over 11,000 square feet of meeting space.

Arquitectonica is likely to remain as the architect, considering the renderings are reminiscent of previous iterations of the project. The structure should rise to over 400-feet above the riverfront, providing access to unobstructed views of Tampa Bay and other areas of the Downtown epicenter.

Pendry Tampa is scheduled to debut in 2024.
