3000 Waterside To Offer 103 Luxury Housing Units in Fort Lauderdale, FL, in Broward County

3000 Waterside is a luxury housing development planned for Fort Lauderdale, FL. The $61 million project’s still in its infancy. However, when completed, it’ll deliver three 15-story towers comprising 103 units. Per Vickie Real Estate, 3000 Waterside will reach completion in 2025.

Housing options include condos and townhomes. There are 100 condos, measuring 1,599 square feet to 4,817 square feet each. Condos range from one-bedroom layout plans with dens to three-bedroom options.

The towers will offer 103 units, starting at around 1,500 square feet each.

Additionally, there are three townhomes, starting at 3,064 square feet. The townhome residences come with three bedrooms, private two-car garages, and outdoor amenity space. Both condos and townhomes come with floor-to-ceiling impact windows, encased glass terraces, and open-concept floor plans.

Community amenities include a waterfront swimming pool and fitness center. Residents also have the option of purchasing a boat dock. Sources suggest that these homes start at around $990,000.

Construction’s expected to end in 2025.

Claridge Homes is 3000 Waterside’s developer. It partnered with Kobi Karp Architect & Interior Design and Berrie Architecture & Design. Both entities serve as the architect. The firms shared conceptual renderings of the development online, revealing open-concept interior floorplans and a sleek, mostly-glass exterior.

3000 Waterside’s address is 2900-3000 East Oakland Park Boulevard and 3000 Northeast 30th Place, Fort Lauderdale, FL, 33306, in Broward County.
