The Canopy at Hickory Creek is an adult living facility coming to Titusville, FL. The multi-million-dollar community offers assisted living and memory care units to those in Central Florida. Construction started in early 2021 and will ideally end in mid-2022. The project’s owned by Hickory Creek Holdings LLC, which is based locally in Titusville.
The community features studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. The smallest unit measures 282 square feet, and the largest unit is 495 square feet. In total, there are 64 units: 44 assisted living units and 20 memory care units.

In-unit amenities include high ceilings, storage options, private en suite bathrooms, and impact-grade windows. Communal amenities include a coffee bar and bistro, wellness center, private dining room, library, dog park, and much more.
The Canopy at Hickory Creek does more than provide luxury housing options for Titusville’s seniors; it will also create 45 full-time jobs and bring over $1.2 million in income to the region. SRI Management reports that this is the first assisted living community to open in the area for 15 years.
