Deseo Grande’s expected to finish construction in April 2022, records show. The community comprises a five-story apartment building with 365 units. The future may hold an additional 365 units, although they don’t have expected completion dates.
There are 165 one-bedroom units, 100 two-bedroom units, and 100 three-bedroom units. Most units range from 754 square feet to 1,250 square feet each. Per Apartments.com, rent’s projected to start at $850 a month, based on similar listings in the Orlando, FL, area. Multifamily Executive estimates that number to be higher, beginning at $1,500 a month.
Construction’s expected to end in April 2022.
Apartments come with in-unit washers and dryers and stainless steel appliances. Ground floor units come with patios, while upper-floor units come with balconies. Deseo Grande offers a four-story parking garage. Other communal amenities include a central courtyard, 24-hour fitness center, resort-style swimming pool, and dog park. The community itself measures 6.4 acres.
The luxury Class A development cost an estimated $78 million to build. It’s a joint project between American Landmark and Dezer Development. Design teams on Deseo Grande include BCC Construction Group, Baker Barrios Architects, and VHB Engineering.
