Miami is one of South Florida’s most coveted places to live. To meet the demand for housing, Adler Group, Inc. and Mill Creek Residential have a new venture underway: Modera Riverside.
The mixed-use venture comprises both commercial and residential space. Per the development’s website, people can start moving in August 2024. Construction will take about two years.
The multi-million-dollar tower will measure 36 stories (or 413 feet). Plans include 428 apartments, including studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units. In-unit amenities include quartz countertops, nine-foot-high ceilings, and integrated smart home technology. The community also offers on-site parking, featuring an eight-story parking garage with 505 spots.
Communal amenities include a resort-style swimming pool, game room, outdoor courtyards, dog spa, and fitness studio. Modera Riverside’s ground floor will comprise over 4,000 square feet of retail space.
Nichols Brosch Wurst Wolfe & Associates (NBWW) designed the venture. Conceptual renderings show a high-rise building with a blue, grey, and white facade. Some units appear to come with balconies. NBWW is based in Coral Gables and right now has 33 active projects, mostly in the private commercial and residential sectors.
Modera Riverside’s address is 230 Southwest 2nd Avenue, Miami, FL, 33034, in Miami-Dade County. It’s east of the Miami River and I-95.
