The Related Group of Florida received approval for a 14-story mixed-use venture in Dania Beach, FL. Records call it “Parkview Place.”
The South Florida Business Journal reports that the building will comprise 355 residential units, ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments. Units measure 500 to 1,180 square feet each. Plans include three studio apartments, 226 one-bedroom units, and 115 two-bedroom apartments, and 11 three-bedroom units.
The master planned community measures 14 stories above grade.
In addition to the residences, the premises will feature a four-story parking garage with 520 spots. Communal amenities include a pool, dog park, hot tub, grilling area, fitness center, and yoga terrace. The master-planned community requires more than 689,000 square feet of new construction.
The Related Group of Florida purchased the vacant 4.7-build site in 2020 for $3.8 million. BC Architects AIA, Inc. designed the venture. The firm, based in Coral Gables, currently has 15 active projects costing more than $61 million total. The Real Deal reported that the developer paid $455,000 to Dania Beach’s parking fund to allow for a taller height. Dania Beach’s city ordinances mandate that most buildings cannot measure more than seven feet tall, with 40 residences per acre.
The community’s located in Dania Beach, FL. It has not started construction.
