Winmar Construction has broken ground on URBIN Miami Beach in Miami-Dade County, Florida. The Next Miami reports that the community will comprise more than 60 units in a seven-story building.
Homes range from studios to four-bedroom layout plans. They measure 275 square feet to over 1,300 square feet each. Some come with partial city and oceanfront views. Homes come outfitted with EnergyStar brand appliances, in-unit washers and dryers, and built-in storage options.
The complex will offer more than 60 units.
Communal amenities comprise a rooftop lounge, wellness center, and other white-glove features. Condo BlackBook calls URBIN Miami Beach a “walker’s paradise.” The complex also offers a common kitchen, dining room, and living room; these features intend to bring residents closer together and foster a strong sense of community.
Sources report that construction could take anywhere from 12 to 18 months to complete. Ideally, completion will happen in 2023. These same sources note that the community could cost close to $20 million to finish.

Location Ventures is the developer, and Meyer Davis Studio is the interior designer. Touzet Studio Design & Architecture designed the community. Renderings show a mid-rise tower in a sleek modern style. URBIN Miami Beach’s address is 1260 Washington Avenue, Miami Beach, Florida, 33139, in Miami-Dade County. The community is east of Flamingo Park.
