An exciting housing development is slated for St. Johns County, FL. Woodland Park at Nocatee is a multi-million-dollar development that will comprise 65 two-story homes. Floorplans range from 1,300 to 1,900 square feet each. The community requires 97,500 square feet of new construction.
The development’s owned by Providence Homes, which Nocatee calls: “Jacksonville’s leader in energy-efficient residential construction.” Providence Homes is also the builder. The townhomes come with energy-efficient features, including LED lighting. Other features include windows that minimize infrared and ultraviolet rays and insulated drywall.
All of these features will reduce homeowners’ maintenance and energy costs. The complex features complimentary exterior maintenance, which will “cut down on the number of items on [homeowners] to-do lists.” Providence Homes will start selling houses in Summer 2022, with models opening later in the fourth quarter.
Woodland Park at Nocatee is surrounded by amenities. For starters, it’s within walking distance of the Nocatee Town Center, as well as the county’s top-rated schools. It’s also worth mentioning that Nocatee was named Florida’s best place to live by Newsweek.
The Sandberg Team lists Woodland Park at Nocatee’s address as west of Austin Park at Nocatee and north of Walden Chase. Interested parties can contact Providence Homes for more information.
