Integra Investments has an exciting venture planned for Miami, FL. The multi-million-dollar venture will yield multiple buildings delivering 380 residential units total. Construction began in 2021, with Integra Investments also operating as the general contractor.
Dubbed “Biscayne Shores,” a 16-story tower will include apartments. The South Florida Business Journal notes that it will include 12 studio apartments, 84 one-bedroom apartments, 97 one-bedroom units “with a bed,” and 82 two-bedroom units.
The other nine buildings, each measuring two stories above grade, will be townhomes. In total, there are 275 apartments and 105 townhomes. The endeavor requires more than 600,000 square feet of new construction.
Plans include more than 15,000 square feet of amenities, including a pool, fitness center, health club, playroom, and barbeque area. The Real Deal reports that Integra Investments purchased the 8.2-acre waterfront property in 2020 for $15.5 million––or $43 per square foot.
Deforma Studio is the architect. It shared conceptual renderings online. Renderings show a high-rise building with balconies and exterior sliding glass doors. The low-rise townhomes come with small yards separated by hedges.
Biscayne Shores will likely be completed either this year or the year after. Records show they will be at-market units. The community’s address is 11295 Biscayne Boulevard, Miami, Florida, 33181, in Miami-Dade County.
