Parkview at Cambier is nearing completion in Naples, Florida. The three-story luxury development comprises four residential units, each measuring more than 6,000 square feet. Units come with three-car garages, private elevators, and private rooftop living areas.
Home layout plans include three-bedroom units with quartz countertops, kitchen islands, walk-in closets, wet bars, smart home appliances, and more. Each fully-furnished home starts at around $6.7 million.
The luxury three-story development offers four homes.
In 2021, Naples Daily News reported that Parkview at Cambier’s community amenities include a tiki bar, heated roof, rooftop putting green, and tennis and billiard tables. The multi-million-dollar venture began construction earlier in 2021. Records show that construction’s slated to end at the conclusion the first quarter of 2022.
The community’s owned by Eight Eleven Naples LLC, which, true to the name, is based locally in Naples. MHK Architecture and Planning designed the community. In total, the South Florida-based firm presently has 23 active projects. Gulf Coast Construction is the general contractor.
Units start at $6.7 million each.
One of the community’s biggest draws is that it overlooks nearby Cambier Park. The community’s address is 675 8th Street South, Naples, Florida, 34102, in Collier County. In terms of relative proximity, it’s west of I-75 and east of the Gulf of Mexico.
