Eden Arlington’s unfolding in Jacksonville, Florida, having started construction in October 2021. The 265 build-to-rent community will comprise homes ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom units, measuring 700 square feet to 1,300 square feet each. Each apartment comes with its own private backyard. The townhomes come with private garages.

Per Multifamily Press, plans call for 189 single-story apartments and 76 two-story townhomes. Other involved entities on the venture include Indigo Shoppes, LLC and Prosser Inc. They are the owner and civil engineer, respectively.

Eden Arlington’s address is on the northwest corner of Southside Connector Serve Road and Tredinick Parkway, Jacksonville, Florida, 32260, in Duval County. Per EDEN Living, the community’s just seven miles from downtown Jacksonville.
