Diesel Wynwood is unfolding in South Florida. The eight-story building will offer 159 loft-style homes, ranging from studios to three-bedroom residences. There are also 14 two-story penthouses. According to Miami Residence, homes range from $370,000 to $5.5 million. The website notes that homes measure 400 to 3,000 square feet each.
Diesel Wynwood’s ground floor will offer 24,000 square feet of retail space. Communal amenities include a rooftop pool and sundeck, fitness center, sensory room with digital relaxation features, lounge, storage space, and more. The pet-friendly community also offers 24-hour valet services, a private service entrance, and electric car charging stations.
Miami Condo Investments notes that Diesel Wynwood will reach completion by 2024. Zyscovich Architects designed the project. The Miami-based organization shared various conceptual renderings online, showing homes with plank floors, industrial-inspired designs, and stone countertops. The building itself is LEED and WELL certified.
Diesel USA Inc. owns the project, and it’s partnered with Bel Invest Wynwood 1 Inc., the developer. The former is located in New York, and the latter is based in North Miami.
Diesel Wynwood’s address is 121 NW 28th Street, Miami, Florida, 33127, in Miami-Dade County. In terms of relative proximity, the development is east of I-95 and south of I-195.
